“Fluid Forward Motion” is about recalibrating the brain to muscle for full movement potential in walking, running, dancing. We will re-educate the muscles and nervous system in various planes of motion, changing the muscle’s function, giving new intelligence and fluidity to forward motion. Excellent class for athletes of any kind including dancers, yogis, and anyone wanting to bring new pleasure to walking.
