DESCRIPTION OF DIFFERENT SESSION TYPES
FIRST SESSION
In-Person, Hands-On Clinical
Your first session includes:
- A short interview of physical history, evaluation
- A hands-on session and learning somatic movement specific to your session
- Recommended videos or drawings to download
- Session length: 1 hour and 45 min *

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
In-Person, Hands-On Clinical
Subsequent sessions include:
- A short evaluation of your progress and feedback
- A hands-on session and learning somatic movement specific to that session
Review of movement practice as needed
- Recommended videos or drawings to download
- Session length: 90 min *

DISTANCE SESSIONS
Distance video sessions can be conducted via Zoom, Skype, FaceTIme, or Google Hangouts.
Session includes:
- Evaluation standing and walking
- Laura will instruct you in a somatic movement class specific to your issues
- Recommended videos or drawings to download
- Session length (two options):
- 75 min
- 90 min
At home requirements:
- A fitness or yoga mat
- A (phone, tablet or laptop) camera set up at a distance in order for Laura to view you and entire mat

GROUP CLASSES
Classes for the public are offered in:
- New York City
- Various USA locations
- Canada, Europe, and Australia
