Distance Sessions

 

VIDEO SESSIONS

Online video sessions can be conducted via Zoom, Skype, FaceTIme, or Google Hangouts and offer somatic movement coaching for your specific issues. Laura will evaluate your issues and you will learn somatic movement sequences and techniques specific to your issues.

Drawings of sequences are included with your session and will help you remember your sequences. You will receive a password to download the drawings. Additionally, you are welcome to video-capture your session.

Prepare a firm, padded surface on floor or table, with camera, phone, or tablet adjacent. Wear flexible clothing and comfortable socks. Have a towel handy as a prop for side-lying.

First  Distance Session

  • $120–90 min
 

Subsequent Distance Sessions

  • $90–75 min
  • $100–90 min

To Prepare For Your First Session:

1.

Use your phone or other camera to take pictures of yourself standing full-length from four directions (front, back, left side, right side). Click below to upload photos.

Please fill out the evaluation form below prior to your session (ideally at least three days prior). It will help Laura understand some of your background and it will save time during the session.


EVALUATION SELF-PORTRAIT

It would be very helpful if you can either have someone photograph you or take pictures of yourself standing full-length from four directions (front, back, left side, right side). Wear flexible clothing for photos and session (light or medium value colors preferred), and set up your laptop or camera in a well-lit room with about 12 ft (4 meters) distance from the camera.
