Life can feel like a lot right now. This course is designed to help.
Over four Thursdays, we'll begin each class with a short, effective somatic reset sequence to shift mood, melt stress habits, and restore a sense of personal power — alongside a full 90-minute movement class filled with delicious somatic moves to free, relax, and nourish the whole body.
Together we'll address pain and tension patterns in the spine, torso, hips, shoulders, and neck, with particular focus on the pelvic floor, diaphragm, and all the muscles of breathing — and out to the hands and feet. Effective, whole-body self-care for the nervous system, heart, and soul.
Each session includes:
• 90 minutes of somatic movement
• 30 minutes of discussion, questions, and mentoring
• Audio recordings to deepen your learning at home
This course is designed as a 4-part learning journey — I recommend the full bundle for the best experience, but a single class option is offered as well.

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing and socks. Have a few props nearby — folded towels, a bolster, or a folded blanket work perfectly.
