Feb 10 “Somatic solutions for neck, jaw, face” is about re-patterning the muscles in the head, cervical spine for ease, comfort, freedom, and improved alignment. 

Feb 17 “Exploring 4 Diaphragms of the Body” There are many horizontal diaphragms that expand, contract, and support us throughout the body, including under the skull, ribs, pelvic floor, and feet. Via pandiculation, we will bring more intelligence, awareness, ease and circulation to them all. 

Feb 24 “Somatics for issues of the lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint and sciatica” addresses what can be named the “universal joint” of the body, where the power of the legs meets the weight of the torso. Lets bring more comfort to this hard working part of the body. 

Mar 3 “Standing and Sitting Somatics for work and travel” is about turning many somatic floor moves into standing and sitting versions, handy and helpful for many issues, and easily adaptable to shorter sequences, or “somatic snacks!”

Two time options: Please note change to earlier class time.

Location: Online zoom platform. A link will be sent to you prior to class. If you are new to zoom, you must download the free app prior to class at zoom.us (please don’t wait to the last minute. it takes 10 min or more to download)

Pay it Forward Payment option: My prices are still extremely low to support people still experiencing financial stress during this covid time. I have included a ‘Pay it Forward’ Option for the Class Bundles. If you can afford a little more for these valuable classes with audio recordings, please choose the ‘Pay it Forward’ option when purchasing the 4 Class Bundles. Your contribution will help support me your fellow humans who cannot afford anything extra just now. Thank you in advance for choosing this option!

What you will need: comfortable, flexible clothing, a chair, a mat or other padding for the floor, several towels or blankets folded as props, and a quiet place for your somatic movement practice. Practice setting up your device so that I can see all of you on your mat. Avoid back lighting like a bright window, as I wont be able to see you.

Policy for Late Arrivals: Kindly arrive at least 5 min prior to the start of class. Late arrivals after the start of class may not be admitted. It is distracting to the class, teacher, and recording process. If you are late and not admitted, you will have access to the audio recording the next day.

Please sign up 24 hrs in advance if at all possible. If you are last minute, you run the risk of me not seeing your registration in time, and you won’t have the link for the live class.
