Session Length: 90 min

Distance video sessions can be conducted via Zoom, Skype, FaceTIme, or Google Hangouts.

Session includes:

• Evaluation standing and walking
• Laura will instruct you in a somatic movement class specific to your issues
• Recommended videos or drawings to download

At home requirements:

• A fitness or yoga mat
• A (phone, tablet or laptop) camera set up at a distance in order for Laura to view you and entire mat
