This weekend workshop offers a deep dive into this gentle but powerful movement practice with a focus on asymmetrical patterns of posture and movement, such as a low shoulder, hiked hip, uneven walking pattern, or deeper patterns like scoliosis.  You will learn somatic solutions for the unconscious muscular “holding habits” that create chronic pain, tension, that keep us from doing what we want to do, and identify your individual patterns with these effective movement techniques to create change in posture, more breath capacity, ease of motion, with positive impact to all aspects of health.  This is an effective self-care system that works for all ages and fitness levels. Support material comes with your workshop so that you can continue what you’ve learned at home.

Saturday Mar 7: 9am-4pm
Identifying your patterns: Addressing all the reflexes, front, back, sides with a variety of movement sequences mostly on mats on the floor.
