Focus on Lower Extremities: Restore comfort and intelligence to your feet and into the Center - Aug 7 - 21, 2025

The course includes a large variety of somatic foot movements, and details for the lower, upper legs, hips, pelvis and into the central torso, spine. The course will culminate in a graceful, full body floor sequence which makes a wonderful warm up for other activities, and gentle strengthening for the core, using pandiculation, which leaves the muscles long, strong, released and smart!
This course is not a beginners course. Contact me in advance for suggestions of how to prepare if you are new to this work.
This online course will meet 3 Thursdays, August 7, 14, 21 with 2 time options:
A class: 9am London BST, 10am Paris CET, 6pm Brisbane.
B class: 10am Seattle PDT, 1pm NYC EDT, 6pm London BST, 7pm Paris CET, 8pm Helsinki.
3 Week Course: $75 USD
Your classes come with audio recordings that are divided into several sections to make them more user friendly.
If you miss a live class, you will have the recordings.
Classes are between 80-90 min, followed by 15 min general feedback, discussion.
Mentoring time in post class discussion:
All of the above summer classes come with mentoring, discussion time at the end for ESMTs, CSETs and clinical somatic movement teachers, practitioners from other schools as well. Those who are not students of the work are welcome to ask questions early in the discussion, and then listen in if you choose. Let me know if you have any questions.
Classes will begin on time. arrive early please. zoom room will open 15 min early. (you may not be admitted if you arrive late)
Make sure I can see you on your mat with a side view if possible, and you are well lit, especially if you are newer to this work. Have some props available such as folded large and small towels, and wear socks so feet can slide easily down the mat.
