Dive into a 4 class online course that offers improvement to asymmetrical posture, deep to the center and spine and out to the hands, feet, face, jaw. We will address chronic pain, stiffness, and shift old habits of stress and bracing in the center. These powerful, effective self care tools impact every aspect of health, and offer nourishment to your heart and soul! We will re-educate muscles with slow, sensual, effective somatic movement techniques, imbued with rich imagery, and kind self regard.

This is an open level class, but if you are an absolute beginner, have more extreme symptoms,or take daily pain medication, please contact me in advance for some suggestions.

This online course will meet 4 Thursdays, May 1, 8, 15 & 22, with 2 time options:

A class: 9am UK BST, 10am Paris CET, Melbourne 8pm.
B class: 10am US PST, 1pm NYC EST, 6pm UK BST, 7pm Paris CET.

4 Week Course: $100 USD

Your classes come with audio recordings that are divided into several sections to make them more user friendly.
If you miss a live class, you will have the recordings.
Classes are 90 min. 30 min following open for questions and discussion.

Classes will begin on time. arrive early please. zoom room will open 15 min early. (you may not be admitted if you arrive late)

Make sure I can see you on your mat with a side view if possible, and you are well lit, especially if you are newer to this work. Have some props available such as folded large and small towels, and wear socks so feet can slide easily down the mat.
