IMPROVING SCOLIOSIS WORKSHOP–YORK, UK

Sat–Mon, Aug 18–20, 2018

RAILWAY INSTITUTE
22 Queen Street
York, England, YO24 1AD, UK

Workshop Leader: Laura M Gates, CHSE, CCSE, NYC
Assistant: Colm MacDonnell, CCSE

This workshop addresses scoliosis and offers effective, non-invasive techniques for changing and improving it. We will celebrate our curves, improve our relationship to our bodies, and explore the natural ability of the brain and nervous system to change itself, towards more mobility, sensation, control, and less pain. This workshop is inspired by and based upon techniques developed by the late neuromuscular pioneer, Thomas Hanna PhD.

Your questions are welcome!  Contact Laura.
