June somatic movement online class offerings

During June and July I have several courses available with times to serve many time zones. Still offering covid discounts for group classes and 1 on 1 sessions.

Series 3 Saturday classes: 1. 9am EDT/2pm BST and 2. 12pm EDT, 5pm BST

this series may be purchased as a 4 class bundle or single classes.

June 20, “Creating Comfort, Ease for Shoulders, Neck, Jaw” this class will include a number of seated sequences. 

June 27, “A Somatic Approach to Gentle Strengthening (Part 2)”

Somatic Basics Series on Mondays: Great for those new to this work to build foundation for your practice, or as a review to deepen your knowledge. Mondays June 15-July 13. 2 time options. this series available as 5 week course only.

Somatic Solutions for Scoliosis and Uneven Posture: 90 min includes 1 hr movement class + theory, Q and A, discussion. Thursdays, June 25-July 23.

This course is for:

  1. people with scoliosis and uneven posture looking for non invasive effective self care techniques to improve chronic pain, compression in ribs, spine, mobility and more.

  2. and also for somatic movement teachers and practitioners looking for somatic strategies and movements that address the subject.
